Admin Assistant

Perform general office duties, including record filing, answering, and making phone calls, handling office communications, and reordering supplies as needed.
Provide administrative support to office executives, such as organizing appointments and maintaining calendars, setting reminders, writing, and distributing emails, making travel arrangements, and submitting expense reports.
Use computer software to transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations and diagrams, and conduct research.

Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and documents.
Assist with organizing company events and social gatherings.
Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies, and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
Salary$17 - $22 USD per hourRequired Skills Must be 21 years of age or older College degree preferred; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Proficiency in third-party sales system software Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced knowledge of METRC Track & Trace system - training can be provided but experience is preferredDesired Skills Cannabis Industry experience Prior experience in an administrative role Understanding or background in numbers or analyses of reportingAbout Greenway AnalyticalGreenway Analytical LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company, was founded in July 2021.
