Responsible To: The Site & Facility Manager
General Responsibility: To assist in maintaining and cleaning the camp grounds, facilities, vehicles and equipment.
Specific Responsibilities1. Assist with cleaning and trash collection.2. Be available for weekend work.3. Assist in keeping work area clean, stocked and well organized while ensuring proper State and Insurance standards4. Must be able to comprehend and execute operating, safety, and cleaning instructions of all camp equipment5. Assist in moving materials and supplies to appropriate areas in camp as needed.6. Assist in maintaining fleet of vehicles (including boats, golf carts and tractors) in good operating condition. 7. Assist in with small engine repair.8. Maintain grounds to reduce the risk of danger or injury to persons using grounds and facilities.9. Assist with general electrical, plumbing, construction, painting, mechanical, and grounds work10. These are not the only duties to be performed. Some duties may be reassigned and other duties may be assigned as required.
Essential FunctionsMust be able to use equipment and tools; traverse around 198 acres of hilly outdoor camp terrain; observe what needs to be done; communicate with staff; have physical strength (to lift, dig, load, unload, mop, repair, etc.).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
